Q: What units are available to rent?

Q: Are all listed units still available?
A: If the units are listed until both a lease is signed and a deposit is received for the unit.
Q: What are your income requirements?
A: We require 3 times the monthly rent as a gross monthly income. Example: rent of $800 a month would require monthly income of $2400.
Q: Do you do a Credit or Background check?
A: We process every applicant that is selected for a unit through a credit and background check.
Q: Do you require a year lease?
A: Currently all of our units require a year lease to be signed and a minimum of one month security deposit paid at the time of lease signing.
